Protocol to follow
The client will arrive at the hotel and will go through the disinfecting wet carpet, after which they must go to the safe point where there is a screen, masks, gloves and an automatic hydroalcoholic gel dispenser. At this point, the hotel staff equipped with gloves, mask and protective screen will take your temperature with a laser thermometer through the screen.
If the temperature is correct, the client accesses the reception point where the check in will be done. You will put your document in a disinfected digital scanner that in a matter of seconds loads all the client's data into the PMS. Once the client has done it, all he has to do is sign the check-in and go to his room, because the invoice, if necessary, is sent to him by email in the meantime. Rooms will have all bedding, lingerie, etc. fully disinfected, unnecessary decoration will be removed, extra blankets or pillows will be stored in heat-sealed bags, etc.
We will adapt to everything that is necessary for the safety of clients and hotel workers.
